Access management is fundamental to ensuring the security and operational control of your website. Follow this technical protocol to enable new user accounts securely and efficiently:

1. Log in to your WordPress control panel.

2. Navigate to the sidebar menu, select the Users section, and click Add New.

3. Complete the required fields with the new user's information in the form displayed. The fields that must be completed are:

3.1. Username: Select a unique identifier.

3.2. Email: Use a valid corporate account; the system will automatically send access instructions to this address.

4. Select the appropriate role based on the user's responsibilities (Role) to maintain system integrity:

4.1. Administrator: Full access to all site settings.

4.2. Editor: Management of own and third-party content.

4.3. Author/Contributor: Access levels limited to the creation and management of personal content.

5. Click the Add New User button. The system will process the registration and notify the user via email for credential setup.

Security Notes:

For security, we recommend always assigning the most limited role possible based on the required tasks. Avoid granting Administrator privileges except in cases of critical technical management.

Ensure that new users use robust passwords. If your environment requires it, we suggest implementing additional protocols such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for users with elevated roles.

Periodically review the list of active users in your panel to ensure that access is aligned with your current operational needs.
